Questions about plans
What is a credit?
A standard search uses 1 credit. A Premium search uses 2 credits and is available on Basic and Pro. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Can I search for free?
Yes. Every free account gets 3 standard username or email searches each month. They reset on the 1st of the month, in UTC.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Billing, through the Stripe billing portal. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What currency am I charged in?
All plans are billed monthly in US dollars. Your bank may add its own conversion fee.
How do API credits work?
API credits are a one-time, prepaid balance for API requests, separate from your plan’s monthly credits. They do not expire and require an active Pro plan to use.
How do I get a refund?
Email [email protected] from your account email with the payment details. Do not send card numbers or API keys.
